Tetra Academy respects user privacy and collects only information reasonably required to operate its UHRS alert, support and subscription services.

Information we may process

• Telegram user ID, username/display name when you interact with our bot.
• Your selected subscription plan, activation/expiry dates and subscription status.
• Razorpay order/payment identifiers and payment status for verification and support.
• For the optional UHRS Collector extension: sanitized HITApp metadata such as task name, internal App ID, category, HIT count, pay and time-per-HIT. The collector is designed not to send UHRS passwords, Microsoft passwords, cookies, login tokens, account email or UHRS reports.
• Basic server logs used for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Tetra Academy does not receive or store your UPI PIN, full card number, CVV or bank-login credentials.

How information is used

We use the information to verify payments, activate/renew subscriptions, deliver requested alerts/support, prevent duplicate or fraudulent activations, troubleshoot the service and maintain security.

Data sharing

We do not sell user data. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the service, such as Razorpay, Telegram and our hosting/infrastructure providers, subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.

Security

We use HTTPS and reasonable technical/access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask questions about your subscription or personal information. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or payment-dispute purposes.
