These terms apply to Tetra Academy's independent UHRS alert, learning guidance and support services.
Service scope
Tetra Academy provides digital notifications, training guidance, qualification support and related informational services. Tetra Academy does not provide employment and does not control UHRS task availability, account eligibility, qualifications, vendor decisions, payment by UHRS/vendors or user earnings.
Independent service
Tetra Academy is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of Microsoft, UHRS or UHRS vendors unless explicitly stated otherwise.
User responsibility
Users remain responsible for complying with UHRS and their vendor's terms, account-security requirements and task guidelines. Users should not share account credentials or use the service to bypass platform controls.
Plans and validity
English PRO costs ₹100 and Global PRO costs ₹200 for a 30-day subscription period. Plans are currently one-time purchases and do not automatically renew unless Tetra Academy later clearly introduces an opt-in recurring billing feature.
No guarantee
No job, HIT availability, qualification result, account access, task volume, payment or income is guaranteed. UHRS HITApps are dynamic and may change or disappear at any time.
Acceptable use
Users must not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer server-side systems, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but temporary downtime can occur due to maintenance, hosting, Telegram, Razorpay, UHRS, network or third-party issues.
